David Carreño Cerillo

I embarked on my triathlon journey thanks to an old basketball coach who encouraged me to participate in the Barcelona triathlon. From that moment on, I fell in love with this incredible sport.

Triathlon is not just about physical endurance; it’s a vibrant community that fosters friendships and promotes a fulfilling, healthy lifestyle. It engages every part of the body and mind, creating a holistic approach to wellness.

After years of embracing the athlete's life, I transitioned into coaching, driven by a passion to share my knowledge and empower others. My background in finance equips me with a unique perspective on balancing ambition with reality, recognizing each athlete's individual challenges, and the importance of flexibility within a structured plan.

I focus on newcomers to the sport, eager to experience the transformative power of having a coach and a personalized training plan. My goal is to educate, inspire, and guide athletes to unlock their potential, enhancing both their performance and overall happiness. Together, we’ll tailor each plan to meet unique needs, celebrate individual goals, and build a supportive channel that leads to a more enriched life through sport.

I started working with David as I prepared for my first 70.3 in Kenting, coming back from a collarbone fracture just four months before race day. With limited time, we focused on rebuilding through a structured plan that targeted my weaker disciplines while managing recovery.

The race was challenging but gave me valuable insights into where I needed to improve. From there, we refined the approach and set clearer goals for my next race in Da Nang.

Beyond physical training, David’s guidance on race strategy, nutrition, and mindset made a real difference. With better preparation and growing confidence, I was able to shave over 30 mins off my time in my second 70.3.

No Limits has been a supportive environment for my progress, and David’s coaching has given me clear direction throughout.
