The words triathlon and Ironman have always been in my mind since my childhood when I saw the first poster at homein my brother’s bedroom. It was in my 20s when I started triathlon as my main hobby.

Soon I realised triathlon was a fundamental part of my lifestyle, combining my passion with my personal life and career. During the last 12 years I have shared many unforgettable moments with friends and coaches whilelearning about this sport and developing myself fromexploring different approaches and methodologies.

Something I always focus on is the ¨why¨ and what an athlete likes most about Triathlon. This helps me understand the kind of athlete they are and how we can adapt workouts to better engage them. It is great to see athletes training every day without a race in the calendar, but I also love to see the commitment and passion they put forth to prepare races and deliver their best.
Today I am grateful to work with all kinds of athletes and adapt to each of them based on their needs, backgrounds and goals. It is always a unique and special journey with many insights along the way.
